Love Story Information
The Love Story is your opportunity to have your story told the way it should be – with romance, humor, sentiment and surprises, all set to music and delivered at your reception.  In order to help us create your Love Story, we will need some information from you.  The following is a checklist of basic information we need.  We won’t use it all, but having it all will help us to find the perfect blend for your Love Story.  Please feel free to add more, but make sure we have everything in this checklist before your Reception Planning Session with your MC.
 

Have Either of You Been Married Before? 
 

Any children?

For Both the Bride and Groom, Where Did You Live While Growing Up?  List Dates of Moves From One Area to Another as Accurately as Possible.  (Just Cities, Moves Within a City Won’t Usually Matter.)

Tell Us a Little Bit About Your Childhood.  Hobbies, Passions, Interests, Sports, Etc.

Where did you go to high school?  When did you graduate?

What did you do after high school?  College right away, delayed, or not at all?  Jobs, moves, etc.

If you went to college, where did you go, what was your major, and when did you graduate, if applicable?  List major interests, fraternities, sororities, etc.

After college, what did you do next?

How did you meet?  Be as detailed as possible.

After you met, how long did it take for your first date, and how did it come to be? 
Where was it, and list the exact date, if you know it.

Describe the date:

After you began dating, how long was it before each of you knew that this had the potential to be permanent?

Who fell in love first?

Who said “I love you” first?  Give the exact date if you know it.

Describe the circumstances.

What did the other person say?

Describe the proposal, with as much detail as possible, including dates,
and the reaction and feelings of both of you.

Is there any significance to your specific wedding date?

What else should we know about your Love Story?  
(Other people’s feelings, funny incidents, breakups, etc.?)
